Born from a frustration that cost the industry millions

Our founders spent years working in and alongside European aircraft assembly operations — in Toulouse, Madrid, Hamburg and beyond. They watched Tier 1 suppliers miss delivery milestones not because they lacked engineering capability, but because they lacked the right people at the right moment.
